of the mountain views from every window of this peaceful and spacious island
home has given it the name LANI - KEHA meaning "a legendary part of heaven".
In the past, this name was given to such special residences by the Hawaiian
chiefs.
Nestled on three acres against the Sleeping Giant Mountain, LANI - KEHA
has graciously retained the solitude and the simplicity of the island way
of life. Centrally located on the east coast of the Garden Isle of Kauai,
it is less than a 10 minutes drive from beaches, restaurants, shopping,
tennis courts, a municipal golf course and the public bus. A rental car
is quite essential and driving is uncomplicated. .
Continental breakfast with fruit is included Breakfast foods await
in the wonderfully large kitchen so that each may prepare foods to their
own liking. The kitchen is always available for food preparation as are
(pay per load) laundry facilities. For your pleasure there is a television
with DVD player and many books. WiFi is available in the living room. A large covered lanai allows comfortable smoking
outside.

Because of LANI-KEHA's spaciousness; including a large kitchen, dining
room, living room, family room, inner hall and expansive covered port-cochere,
it is also a wonderful place for small group workshops, retreats, and family
gatherings such as weddings, reunions or vacations. Special rates are available
for the entire house.
Payment is with cash, travelers checks, or personal checks. A 50% deposit
is required which is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival date.

For the body and soul
We have available on Kauai over 70 miles of uncrowded accessible beaches.
It's a wonderful island for snorkeling, biking, diving and backpacking
(advance permits needed for overnight) as well as touring Waimea Canyon,
the Grand Canyon of the Pacific. Taxis and organized tours are available.
Kauai is internationally known for the healing and wellness modalities
and practitioners which are available on island. LANI - KEHA is home to
several renowned healers who hold their workshops and retreats in this
sacred space. We would be pleased to assist you with arranging these opportunities.
Sandra Lee, who operates and manages LANI - KEHA maintains a separate
residence on this estate. LANI - KEHA affords guests a sense of privacy
and yet the friendliest of welcomes and help with finding special places
on the island. Sandra Lee's exuberance for the island of Kauai is a wonderful
